The second Disability Film Season is part of a programme of events planned for December to mark UK Disability History Month 2017. This project is delivered in partnership with Manchester City Council, and is based around the theme of disability and visual arts; there will be two disability-related screenings as well as a panel discussion to discuss this year’s themes.
