No Place Like HOME: School Tours

We are thrilled to launch our brand-new ‘Creative Careers in The Spotlight’ offer exclusive to Schools and Colleges!

In 2021, HOME was named in the top 10 of TimeOut’s 50 Best Cinemas in the UK and Ireland. Not only that but in 2019 Lonely Planet voted HOME as one of the ‘Top 500 Experiences in the UK’ quoting as as “one of Britain’s best art centres” … not too shabby!

There are lots of reasons to get excited about your visit to HOME and now we are offering students in years 9-13 across Greater Manchester to join us for a peep behind the curtain at the careers that make it all possible. Join Emily, HOME’s Access & Work Based Training Coordinator, to find out about the roles that make our outstanding venue tick. From the Projection team, to Head of Theatre, Front of House staff, to the Finance department, and everything in between!

If you have a group of 15-30 students who are creative curious and interested in careers available to them in Manchester, come and find out more in this 60-minute session.

You will get a bespoke presentation guiding you through the venue’s history and unique artistic offer along with interactive games to bring creative careers to life. Then you will be guided throughout the venue to illuminate new connections.
