This practical workshop is for 15-18 year olds and gave participants an insight into documentary filmmaking and hands-on experience of working on a film project from pre-production to post.
Delivered by ShortForm, a collaborative group of filmmakers from Manchester with bags of experience in making documentaries across the globe, this workshop introduced participants to observation and storytelling techniques using top of the range equipment to develop short documentaries.
Lunch was provided for free and travel reimbursement of up to £5 was provided upon proof of travel by bus, tram or train. Petrol or parking reimbursement is not possible.
