Join Architect and arts facilitator Martin Glover for a BSL deaf-lead tour exploring A Fine Toothed Comb curated by Turner Prize-winning artist Lubaina Himid. Bringing together new commissions by Himid as well as artists Magda Stawarska, Rebecca Chesney and Tracy Hill, A Fine Toothed Comb will centre on unearthing hidden layers within the city of Manchester.
Meet Martin at HOME and join us for an exploration of this remarkable exhibition as we reflect on the work in relation to the local landscape. Matin will guide you to create connections, reflect and question perceptions of visual art which will spill onto the streets of Manchester. Loaded with the insight from the tour of the exhibition you will be presented with an opportunity to take this vision out into the local area, illuminating new connections in the otherwise familiar environment.
