British Television Drama: the 1960s

The 1960s is often hailed as the ‘golden age’ of British television drama. This nine-week course will focus on the exciting and innovative work produced during this period, by directors such as Ken Loach, Peter Watkins and Jack Gold and writers such as Nell Dunn, Dennis Potter and Jim Allen.
