Today we sent an important request for information from our existing customers about their thoughts on the service we are providing whilst we’re waiting to move into our new home on First Street.
If you’ve attended one or more of our productions in recent years and would like to take part, all you need to do is click here There is a £100 prize for one lucky person for doing so, which we’ll be drawing at random.
Terms & Conditions of prize draw.
1) The prize draw option is not open to employees of the Library Theatre Company, The Lowry or Cornerhouse.
2) The prize of £100 in Marks & Spencers vouchers is final and will not be paid in any other amount or form. Only the correct advertising of £100 (one hundred pounds) is valid.
3) Only one entry will be accepted per person, by means of filling out the survey and entering your own email address and contact details. These will not be passed on.
4) The closing date for filling out surveys and entering the draw is Friday 26th August 2011 at 12pm. Entries sent after this point will not be counted, but data from the survey will still be incorporated into our research. The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by email or phone shortly after. Their details will be published here only with their permission.
