No Boundaries 2015 is heading our way…

Can we exercise freedom of expression? Are we nurturing tomorrow’s talent? What does success look like? These are just some of the questions to be raised at this year’s State of the Arts conference, No Boundaries 2015.

450 delegates will attend this year’s sold-out No Boundaries conference, taking place on Tues 29 – Wed 30 Sep in Manchester and Bristol. The event aims to offer a global perspective and provoke debate on the role of arts and culture in modern society. Five themes will be debated: Can we exercise freedom of expression? Are we nurturing tomorrow’s talent? How does the money flow? Can we do things differently? What does success look like?

The conference will take place across both days simultaneously at HOME and Watershed in Bristol. For those not able to attend in person, the conference will streamed online live from 11:45 on Tue 29 Sep (visit www.nb2015.org to tune in).

Julia Farringdon, Associate Art Producer, Index on Censorship

Ian Hargreaves CBE, Professor of Digital Economy, Cardiff University
