This screening will be introduced by Dr Mark Fryers, associate tutor in film and television at the University of East Anglia, specialising in British media. He has been working on audience research on the Women Amateur Filmmakers in Britain project, which seeks to highlight the contribution of female practitioners to British amateur film history, promoting the project at screenings across the UK and gathering information on viewer’s responses to archive film.
