Meet urbanbubble

Thanks for supporting us from day 1!

Our valued supporters, urbanbubble, who joined us back in May 2015, were founded by Michael Howard in 2008 and are a Manchester based, multi-award winning Residential Property Management company, Private Rented Sector (PRS) specialist and Sales & Lettings agent. Their team of 66 provide a range of services to developers, landlords and residents in and around North West, Leeds and Sheffield.

With a large and growing portfolio, urbanbubble are aiming to make our city a better place to live by working on residential property developments across the city including MUSE developments, Fred Done Properties and the Elliot Group which overall delivers 1,500 new residential homes in the Salford side of the city. In addition to teaming up with Capital & Centric and Property Alliance Group, amongst other developers to shape regeneration projects and residential living in key neighbourhoods across the city.

urbanbubble are really active in helping our city improve through several sponsorships, pledges and charity work. Recent examples of their great work in this area are the ‘CEO Sleepout’ where Head of Finance, Debbie Yarrow, slept outdoors for the whole night to raise awareness and funds for the Manchester Homelessness. Debbie exceeded her fundraising target by a fantastic 58%! urbanbubble is also committed to supporting The Factory Youth Zone, where they both fundraise and help out with the vital employment reach out programme.

Roisin Joyce, our Deputy Director of Development, said: “We’re so pleased to have partnered over the last twelve months with a business as renowned and integral to the city as urbanbubble. Their support, and the support of their residents, is invaluable to us. Together, we are making Manchester an exciting and vibrant place to live, work and thrive.”

Michael added: “As soon as urbanbubble heard that the largest arts complex outside of London was going to be built in our city, we had to be part of it. Manchester, labelled as Britain’s second city and a key player in the Northern Powerhouse, has upped its game for entertainment and through our corporate affiliation we aim to encourage and engage with our 9,000 residents to get the experience the extraordinary culture Manchester holds. This is our city and we take great pride in being a part of it. We look to help strengthen the city by doing anything we can and this is a great way to show our love for Manchester.”
