Following a personal tragedy, a floundering TV comic finds comfort in his imaginary friends, a selection of media personalities of varying notoriety. They’re terrible people and he knows it. But the ideas they’re coming up with for his new show are terrific. The results are controversial – but in the attention economy, that’s rocket fuel!
