Young Company
HOME Young Company is a year-long theatre programme for young people aged 14 –18 who are interested in co-creating youth-led theatre. With opportunities to see theatre, learn skills and work with industry professionals. Young Company meet at HOME on Tuesday 6pm to 8pm.
Young Artists Studio
HOME Young Artists Studio is a 12-month programme for young people ages 14 to 18 who want to take part in workshops and work with practising artists to learn about art, exhibitions, studio working, curation, and artists’ collectives. Our Young Artists Studio produce an annual exhibition that is exhibited at HOME in our Inspire Gallery. The Young Artists Studio meet at HOME on Wednesdays 6pm to 8pm.
Young Film Collective
HOME Young Film Collective is a 12 month programme for 18 – 25 year olds who want to take part in film workshops covering everything from practical filmmaking skills, film theory, film reviewing, programming, distribution and more. The year long programme also includes film screenings, industry talks and will culminate in the making of a number of short film that are screened in HOME’s Cinema.
BFI Film Academy
BFI Film Academy is a flagship film project at HOME for 16 – 19 year olds who are passionate about film. Participants will work with a range of film industry professionals learning everything about film from commissioning, production, post-production, distribution and more. Applications for the Film Academy open every August and close in September.
National Theatre Young Technicians Programme
The Nationwide Young Technicians programme offers young people an exciting opportunity to develop skills and learn all about a variety of backstage and off-stage roles from top industry professionals.
