Following smash-hit we were promised honey! YESYESNONO return to HOME with another storytelling hit from the Edinburgh Fringe 2024.

It’s about a butcher and a baker and a farmer and a dog.

It’s about a stranger knocking at the door.

It’s about a perfect town where something very bad has just happened.

And you were all there to see.

Written and performed by Sam Ward, Nation is a dark, brutal fable about the political power of stories, about the nation as an act of imagination, about the violence of community and those we choose to let in.

YESYESNONO is an award-winning theatre company making work since 2017. Past shows include Five Encounters on a Site Called Craigslist, we were promised honey! and The Glorious French Revolution. Their work has toured nationally and internationally, achieving their US debut at 59E59 Theaters in New York City in 2023, and touring the Netherlands in 2024. Their work is published by Bloomsbury.

And you were all there to see.
