The employees of a dying seaside hotel have their lives upended when their colleague, Elle, vanishes.

A missing persons story told from the perspective of the people on the sidelines, Misper chooses not to focus on a police investigation or a family in crisis, and instead delves into the psychological impact of Elle’s disappearance on her co-workers, especially Leonard, who lives in the hotel. 

An exciting debut feature from a team of Manchester creatives, Misper skilfully weaves together threads of mystery, thriller and dark comedy.
