What’s on > What’s on in September

Our stages come back to life this month with some hugely exciting shows kicking off the new theatre season. Our Theatre 1 stage plays host to a touching adaptation of Jackie Kay’s memoir Red Dust Road; before Wise Children return with another all-singing, all-dancing show in the form of Malory Towers.

In Theatre 2 we have the femmes of Hive City Legacy and true tales of imprisonment in The Jumper Factory.

Orbit Festival is back for another year, with a packed programme of the best theatre from the UK and beyond, including a show in a police van and a celebration of Brits abroad.

In our cinemas, Not Just Bollywood is back, this time with a Celebrating Women in Global Cinema takeover.

And this month is your last chance to catch our record-breaking exhibition by David Lynch – My Head is Disconnected. Once it’s gone, it’s gone so don’t miss out!
