The Wind in the Willows

The Library Theatre Company presents

The tales of Ratty, Mole, Badger and the incorrigible, preposterous Toad have been delighting us for generations. When Mole abandons his spring-cleaning for the enchanting world of the riverbank, so begins an adventure that leads to magnificent Toad Hall; to the open road (poop poop!), to the perilous Wild Wood – and finally to battle!

Alan Bennett’s version of the classic fantasy tale is true to the original, yet written with distinctive Bennett flair and humour. The exploits of our four much-loved friends are woven with clever songs and witty dialogue – a christmas treat for the whole family.

Children only £9.50 – Family tickets (2 adults, 2 children – or grandchildren!) from £44

“Believe me my young friend, there is nothing, absolutely nothing half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.”
