HOME’s Young Company are taking to the stage once again this summer, following on from their success with last year’s interactive play 4 Us to Rule.
This year, HOME’s Young Company will be bringing you another brand-new play, written, and developed by fantastic young playwrights from Greater Manchester. In May this year, we called out for young Greater Manchester playwrights to step forward and work alongside our Creative Team, as part of a pilot group, ‘HOME Young Writers’. The young playwrights were tasked with a brief of creating a new 40-minute play, responding to themes of Climate Change, using movement and puppetry.

We’re extremely exciting to announce that we’ve fully cast the Young Company’s production of The Lost World. The cast will be starting rehearsals on Mon 1 Aug. Joining the team, we are delighted to have brought on a young assistant director, Aidan Feely. Aidan has just finished a year’s internship at Xvarian College and with previous experience working with the Royal Exchange Theatre.
