HOME are excited to announce the launch of the HOME Young Film Collective. A 12 month film programme open to 16 - 25 year olds, based in Manchester and Greater Manchester.
Every month the Young Film Collective will meet for free film workshops covering everything from practical filmmaking skills, film theory, film reviewing, distribution and more. The year long programme will also include film screenings, industry talks and will culminate in the making of a short film.
The group will also become HOME’s resident Young Programmers, learning how to curate a film programme with guidance from HOME’s programming team, and the opportunity to programme up to 4 films to be shown in HOME’s cinemas.
