We are looking for an amazing Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing team and deliver the highest standard of marketing, audience development, research and creative campaign activity.


HOME are seeking an enthusiastic, creative individual with management experience and a passion for digital work to galvanise a busy marketing team with exceptional standards.

The role will line manage two Marketing Officers, and will report into the current Head(s) of Marketing.

This is an opportunity to lead the HOME Marketing team through a new period, and feed into the organisation’s strategic aims and direction.

This is a permanent, full-time role in the Marketing and Communications Team which is led by the Director of Marketing and Communications, who also directs the Customer Service team.

Both teams work closely together to put audiences at the heart of everything we do. They are responsible for achieving ambitious targets for audience growth, income and digital innovation.

They ensure HOME audiences are diverse and reflective of the city, manage the operation and administration of our box office and provide the highest possible standard of customer care and visitor experience.
