HR and Payroll Assistant (12 month contract)

We are looking for a highly self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with some experience in recruitment. You’ll play a big part in supporting the organisation to achieve its equality and diversity targets whilst recruiting for its open-air theatre due to commence in summer 2021. You will also help shape the effective organisation of the HR team through implementing improved administration practices and support.

This role sits within part of the operations team which is led by the Director of Finance. Other sections of the operations team include IT, Building Maintenance and Environmental Sustainability. HR works to support the wider organisation achieve its operating strategy, through best practice recruitment, performance management and employee engagement. HR is responsible for achieving ambitious diversity targets for recruitment and will support the organisation with its exciting new venture of creating an open outdoor theatre space in 2021.

Salary: £20,500
Contract: This post is full-time, fixed term for 12 months
