Casual Technical Staff

As we emerge from the pandemic and look forward to re-opening, HOME is looking to expand its pool of Casual Backstage staff to work alongside our permanent production team supporting a wide range of shows, either our own productions or visiting companies, and events.

You could be helping to get shows into the theatre, working backstage, operating lighting or sound, dressing during shows or carrying out wardrobe maintenance, and helping to get the show out at the end of the run.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in Theatre Wardrobe, Lighting, Sound, AV or Technical Stage work. Please note that due to the casual nature of these roles, opportunities will arise based on the needs of each of each production or event and we will only contact you when a suitable opportunity arises to see if you are available. You are under no obligation to accept any work we offer.

Before your first shift we will ask you to come into the theatre for a technical induction, including health & safety briefing with a member of our production team.

You must be aged 18 or over.
