What’s on > What’s on in October

October is, of course, all about FilmFear! Once again we’re bringing you the latest gut-wrenching, nerve-shredding horrors from around the world, complete with exclusive previews and a classic horror. Highlights include The Lighthouse and Doctor Sleep.

In our theatres, catch the end of Orbit as Word, Pizza Shop Heroes and The Queens of Sheba round out this year’s festival.

We’re proud to present two huge Edinburgh hits this month – the HOME-commissioned Class by familiar face Scottee; and the return of Javaad Alipoor with his follow-up to The Believers Are But Brothers, Rich Kids.

Breach Theatre are back with their hugely acclaimed Edinburgh smash It’s True, It’s True, It’s True, whilst at the end of the month Reasons to Stay Alive adapts Matt Haig’s bestselling book for the stage at the same time.

In our galleries,  we’re delighted to host Manchester School of Art’s MA Show, whilst Chris Payne’s Flash Bang Wallop runs throughout the month on our Granada Foundation Gallery walls.
