Meet the perpetrators of Plan C and learn exactly how they got away with it. In the summer of 2010 a group of people who barely knew each other embarked on a journey to Chernobyl. While they were there, materials left the Zone, only to appear a month later in a park in Manchester. Come and meet the protagonists of this barely believable story: artist provocateurs Eva and Franco Mattes aka 0100101110101101.ORG, Oakland machine artists Steve Valdez and Ryan C Doyle (happybunnypony.com), New York photographer Tod Seelie, filmmaker Todd Chandler and DIY artist Jeff Stark. It will be as close as you’ll ever get to the truth behind the infamous Plan C.
