Two or Three Things I Know About Her

Directed by Jean-Luc Godard

Inspired by a news exposé about bourgeoise housewives prostituting themselves for spending money, this sociological fable reveals 24 hours in the life of a prostitute and is equally Godard’s love song to Paris. Eschewing linear narrative, it’s a Brechtian collection of moments and places, jokes and confessions, that explores the relationship between words, sound and images as only Godard can. The amazing string of images are even more dazzling in a new 35mm print.
