The Last Great Wilderness

Directed by David MacKenzie

Shifting gears from shorts to features, Scottish director Mackenzie delivers a dark and quirky, Dogma-esque road movie. Shot on DV, the film tracks Charlie (A. Mackenzie, the director’s brother) as he drives north to Skye with revenge in mind. But his encounter with a bizarre foreign hitchhiker (Phillips) has serious consequences for his travel plans. Look out for Mackenzie’s highly anticipated second feature, YOUNG ADAM.
