Saura teamed up with Italiancinematographer Vittorio Storaro for an exploration and celebration of Tangoand the artistic process. As a director prepares his film about Argentina’s famous dance, elements of his own life and his country¹s troubled history are reflected in the work. Shot against a background of shimmering colour and set to a score by Lalo Schifrin.
