After the success of TEMPUS FUGIT in ¡Viva! 2005, Folch’s brand of comic Catalan filmmaking returns. When five thirty-something friends in an amateur football team play a trick on a rival team captain, Santi (Miller), who seems to have it all, he ends up losing his girlfriend, his job and his car. Feeling guilty, but unwilling to own up to their actions, the five friends plot to make amends in secret. As they work to improve Santi’s life, their own lives also begin to improve, not least in terms of the quality of their football game!
