Pactar amb el gat

This quirky comedy offers a new take on the traditional love triangle plot: Aparisi (Roca) is in love with his best friend Julia (Avalon), who is in love with her uncle, David (Jiménez), who already has a girlfriend, Sara (Fabra). With a nod to Cédric Klapisch’s CHACUN CHERCHE SON CHAT, using her missing one-eyed cat as a ruse to keep her vet uncle at her side, Julia leads the characters on a wild goose chase across the roofs of the Gracia district of Barcelona, whose eclectic mix of residents include a noise detective, a woman with 65 cats, experimental video artists and illegal Chinese-Philippine immigrants on the run.
