Kureishi not only wrote but directed this Notting Hill-set tale of a fed-up 20-something drugs dealer Clint (Chadwick) who decides to go straight. Trouble is his friend and boss (Mackintosh) doesn’t agree and to top it off Clint lacks the requisite footwear to gain employment as a waiter in a local diner. So he sets out on a quest to find some shoes, no matter how or where.
