Gary arrives at a nuclear power plant in the countryside, hoping to make money by working on a series of jobs, in spite of the dangers. He joins Giles and Toni on a cleaning operation that sees them threatened with exposure to radiation. Outside of their work, Gary begins to fall for Toni’s fiancée Karole, a situation that places him in a very different, but no less hazardous, danger.
