Sorbonne student Celine (Delpy) meets Yank tourist Jesse on a train. She’s on her way back to Uni; he’s soon to return home. As they approach Vienna, Jesse convinces Celine to spend 14 hours wandering the city with him, until his flight is due to leave. And so engaging conversation develops into touching romance against the splendours of Vienna.
