Eddie Constantine stars as intergalactic hero Lemmy Caution, on a mission to kill the inventor of fascist computer Alpha 60. A brilliant fusion of sci-fi, poetry and pulp fiction, Godard’s Alphaville ranks amongst Godard’s greatest achievements. Filmed on the outskirts of Paris, the use of architecture is striking.
