Cornerhouse Projects LED screen series
Cornerhouse continues its LED screen series with Abigail Seville from the magazine Swings and Roundabouts. Seville will use the restricted space of the screens to explore poetry in everyday life. Using Haiku, an ancient Japanese form of poetry, to reflect daily Manchester life, she will contrast traditional, nature-focused poetry with an urban contemporary setting.Swings and Roundabouts is a free quarterly creative magazine, distributed throughout Manchester that gives people a place to express themselves through reviews, short stories, poetry, artwork, articles and comments.
