Literature Northwest has commissioned twelve new films exploring synergies between the moving image and the written word: poems and short stories published by the region’s independent presses have been adapted into short, stand-alone films, by new filmmakers including Sarah Eyre, Gwen Osmond and Kate Jessop.
Screenings will be accompanied by live readings from Chris Woods and Diana Syder. This event is part of Manchester Literature Festival and takes place in Gallery 3.
