It’s all about body politics for this Open House Thursday. Exploring themes of geography, migration, sexuality and transgender identity, the body as sculpture, art commodification as the body and queering space. We have a selection of dance, movement and durational performance from Manchester Open Artists. Featuring performances by Sally Perez Hilton, Mastrafisc Dance artists Valeria Famularo & Ina Colizza, Fae Ford & Ross Davies.

Each Thursday as part of the Manchester Open Exhibition we will be hosting a series of takeovers and interventions by a variety of artists, groups and performers. Including performance work submitted for the Manchester Open, and invited artistic responses
The gallery will be open until 21:00 on Thursday evenings so you can enjoy the exhibition outside of standard gallery opening times.
