A petty gangster makes off with a huge diamond. To escape the mob, he hides out in a remote village. The pursuing hitman follows him there but can’t get a straight answer from the locals, and there’s something decidedly unnatural about this village… This screening will be introduced by Julian Stringer, lecturer in Film Studies at the University of Nottingham and co-editor of New Korean Cinema.
