This year’s International Doodlefest introduces The Urban Official to the Mancunian vis-artscape. Doodlebug and The Urban Art Official have invited a cocktail of leading visual artists from all corners of the UK, Europe and Japan to come create nu-world characters using POSCA marker pen directly onto the Cornerhouse’s widows. This will remain on exhibition for one week.Meanwhile….Eight leading officials including the likes of The London Police (Amsterdam), Yuko Kondo (Tokyo) , ALEXONE (Paris) Kid Acne (Invisible Spies:UK), Dr Hofmann (Barcelona) Andy George Magee (UK), TAK (Tokyo) plus the Scrawl Collective are on route to doodle onto designated wall spaces in the Cornerhouse bar and café arenas.
