After the spectacular Night of the Living Dead Remix, our friends at imitating the dog are hosting an online Q+A, exploring their work they’ve shared online, and the company practice.
Members of the company will chat about the work they’ve been putting online via their watch page, and then they’ll be opening up for questions from viewers.
Speakers include:
Laurence Young (host, Learning and Access Officer) – Joined ITD in October 2019 as the company’s first Learning and Access Officer. He heads up the company’s learning work and has been looking a lot recently about how they can share our practice and expertise in light of the ongoing pandemic.
Andrew Quick (Co-Artistic director of ITD) – Lecturer at the University of Lancaster, co-writer and co-director of Night of the Living Dead Remix, their most recent show. Andrew was a co-founder of the company.
Simon Wainwright (Co-Artistic director of ITD) – Videographer and designer of many of the technical elements behind most of imitating the dog’s work. Simon was a co-founder of the company.
Morven Macbeth (Performer) – Has been performing with imitating the dog for many years as a company member, and also leads on all their social media activity.
Morgan Bailey – (Performer) – Plays the main role of Ben in Night of the Living Dead Remix, this is his second show with imitating the dog
Pete Brooks (Co-Artistic director of ITD) – co-writer and co-director of Night of the Living Dead Remix, as well as lecturer at Central St Martins. Pete joined the company in 2005.
The event will also have BSL interpretation provided by Katie Fenwick.
