Paulina García is a renowned Chilean actress, theatre director and playwright. In 2013 she won the Best Actress award at Berlin Film Festival for her performance in Sebastián Lelio’s Gloria.
Gloria is an uplifting comedy-drama following the life of a vibrant divorcee. At 58 years old, Gloria still feels young. Making a party out of her loneliness, she fills her nights seeking love in ballrooms for single adults. This fragile happiness changes the day she meets Rodolfo. Their intense passion, to which Gloria gives everything, leaves her dancing between hope and despair. Gloria will have to pull herself together and find a new strength to realise that, in the last act of her life, she could burn more brightly than ever.
