Join curator Sarah Perks for an informal tour of our new exhibition, Imitation of Life: Melodrama and Race in the 21st Century, which explores racial politics in an evolving world. Inspired by the 1959 film of the same name by director Douglas Sirk, both film and exhibition are filled with subtext and double meaning. A number of the featured artists will also be present for the opening weekend.

The BSL interpreted gallery tour taking place on Saturday 2 July will be interpreted by Siobhan Rocks.
