This session will allow students to gather observations and insights by visiting an art gallery, meeting an artist and listening to her talk about her work and that of other artists. Key syllabus areas including cultural and historical context, and styles and traditions will be broached and specialist language and vocabulary introduced. The session will be broken into a lecture and exhibition visit.
