The Café Cervantes emerged in the spirit of the social gatherings of Spanish cafes. The idea is for a group of people to meet up with the excuse of having a coffee to have an informal chat in Spanish about cinema, literature, travel etc. Exclusively for ¡Viva! Café Cervantes relocates the Cornerhouse café to discuss the films of the festival. Hosted by José María Fernández of the Instituto Cervantes, everybody is welcome but advanced level Spanish is required. Os esperamos.
