To celebrate the centenary of the birth of the master of British cinema: Michael Powell, this full day event brings together Powell and Pressburger scholars for a chance to re-examine some classic British movies and commemorate Powell’s ‘Life in Film’. Speakers include Andrew Moor, co-editor of Michael Powell: International Perspectives on an English Film-Maker and Sarah Street, Professor of Film at the University of Bristol.
