COVID19 Safe at HOME Questionnaire – Film Guests

As we continue to monitor and navigate the developments of the Coronavirus Disease/COVID-19 pandemic, the safety and health of HOME staff, guests, visitors and customers remains our highest priority. New information is announced every day and our plans are shifting to adjust to any new challenges that arise.

We want to share with you some of the steps HOME is taking to follow our business principles and ensure we take care of everyone.

Our Health and Safety team have implemented several precautionary measures. These measures include, but are not limited to:
– additional cleaning and disinfecting practices throughout HOME building
– screening processes for visitors and contracted service workers in our building
– education and important resources provided to all employees on coronavirus and how to protect themselves
– practicing social distancing measures
– PPE and sanitisation stations
– COVID-19 officer

We are taking important measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and members of our extended community, while you are in the building, we ask that you take the following precautions to keep all HOME employees and visitors safe:
– Face coverings must be worn (disposable masks are available, please notify us ASAP if you have an exemption)
– Hand sanitiser and equipment wipes are to be used at regular intervals
– Follow the one-way systems
– Stair etiquette – keep to the right
– Do not share lifts
– If possible we would ask that they do a Lateral Flow Test the night before attending the building and in the case of a positive result please notify us as we will need to cancel the event or look at making adjustments to the event

Now more than ever, taking care of you, our staff and our customers is paramount, so we ask you to answer a few short questions and comply with COVID-19 secure whilst on HOME’s premises.
