Theatre Awards Nominations Annouced

The Manchester Evening News Theatre Awards have been announced and the Library Theatre Company is in the running with:

Best ProductionArcadia & Glengarry Glen Ross

Actor in a leading role – Richard Dormer (Glengarry Glen Ross)

Actor in a supporting role – James Wallace (Arcadia)

Actress in a supporting role – Sally Carman (Beautiful House)

Actor in a visiting production – Bob Golding (Morecambe)

Best newcomer – Kirsty Osmond (I Ought To Be In Pictures) & Beth Park (Arcadia)

Best Design – Arcadia

Best Family ShowGrimm Tales

Best Special Entertainment – Morecambe

In addition, two of the shows in this year’s re:play festival have been nominated – Mark Frampton in Islanders and Joe Ransom in Going to Extremes (JB Shorts) as Best Performance in a Fringe Production, and Islanders has been nominated as Best Fringe Production.
