Our production of Educating Rita features around 3000 books as part of the set of Frank’s study. So what better way to close the show than with a book sale?
The books that are currently on stage at The Lowry are going to be part of Rita’s Book Sale on Thu 17 October in Meeting Room 1 at Cornerhouse, 12noon – 5pm. The book sale will include a vast selection of Penguin Classics (orange, purple, green & red), hardback fiction and general paperbacks from lots of popular authors, classics & modern classics. Prices start from 50p to just a few pounds per book and there will be bargain prices for multiple buys.
