Artist Glen Palin had his acrylic painting “3 O’ Clock” included in the Manchester Open 2020. Glen is a Deaf artist living in Manchester and shared a BSL video introduction to the exhibition and to his work via his Instagram which you can watch below!
In addition to having his work featured in the Manchester Open 2020, Glen has also received Arts Council England funding for skills learning and an exhibition of his own.
