Volunteers needed for Manchester Sound: The Massacre

Tickets are now on sale for our summer site specific production Manchester Sound: The Massacre.

Staged at a secret venue in Manchester city centre, the production draws together two major events in the history of Manchester – the Peterloo Massacre of 1819, and the explosion in acid house rave culture in the late eighties. Presented in a promenade style this is a unique theatrical experience created especially for the Library Theatre Company.

Both our previous site specific productions Hard Times and Manchester Lines sold out so we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment. You can also take advantage of our early bird discount offer if you book before Mon 22 April.

And if coming to see the show isn’t enough there’s a chance to take part in the production yourself. We’re looking for people aged 16 and over with energy and commitment to be part of our community company for Manchester Sound: The Massacre, find out more details here.

Manchester Sound: The Massacre runs from Sat 8 Jun – Sat 6 Jul 2013. You can book tickets online or from Cornerhouse Box Office on 061 200 1500.
