A disturbed and delusional high school outsider, who is obsessed with blood, plans to become a surgeon in the hope of impressing those around her. When she is shunned by everyone except her beloved younger sister, her family and fellow students become the focus of her eroticised bloody fantasies, which threaten to become more than just daydreams.
