We are pleased to welcome director Jessey Tsang for this special UK Premiere of Flowing Stories, followed by a post-screening Q&A.
Jessey Tsang started working on short film productions in 2004, and in 2008 her first directed feature film Lovers On the Road won the Best Drama Award at the 8th South Taiwan Film Festival. Her second feature, Big Blue Lake, became an international success, winning the Jury Special Award of the Golden Koala Chinese Film Festival 2013, and the Asian New Talent Jury Prix of the Shanghai International Film Festival 2012. The film also won the Best New Director Award at the 31st Hong Kong Film Award 2012.
Jessey’s new film, the French/Hong Kong co-production feature documentary Flowing Stories, is presented here at its UK Premiere.
