It’s that time a year when you can cast your vote for the UK’s most welcoming theatre.
There are many things that shape your experience when you visit a theatre: a friendly chat with the box office staff, enjoying a delicious meal in the restaurant, the diversity of the theatre programme right on your doorstep and feeling like you’re part of the local community.
The UK Theatre Awards are the only nationwide awards to honour outstanding achievement in theatre throughout the United Kingdom, and in 2016, 241 venues across the country are competing to take home the coveted title. The winners of this years’ award will be decided by a public vote, and provide you with an opportunity to celebrate your local theatre and all it does to welcome you.
